Andrew Hoffman is the Holcim Professor of Sustainable Enterprise at the University of Michigan. He also serves as Director of the Frederick A. and Barbara M. Erb Institute for Global Sustainable Enterprise. He has been awarded the Connecticut Book Award, the Aldo Leopold Fellowship, the Aspen Environmental Fellowship, the Manos Page Prize, the Faculty Pioneer Award, the Rachel Carson Book Prize, and the Klegerman Award. He has served on research committees for the National Academies of Science, the Johnson Foundation, the Climate Group, the China Council for International Cooperation on Environment and Development and the Environmental Defense Fund.
