Overview

When humans go through grave, collective trauma – 9/11, the Great Recession, etc. – the “Law of Thirds” applies.  One third of people come out the other side the same as they went in, and one third come out weaker; mentally, emotionally, and psychologically.  But one third emerge stronger than ever before.  This is proving true of the global pandemic, as well.  But we need not leave this to chance.  We can optimize the possibility that we and our loved ones will rise into the ‘best third.’  In this dynamic and interactive session, you will learn how to build calm, boost self-efficacy and self-confidence, find more life balance, discover our true sphere of influence, and reconnect to life values and a sense of purpose.
